We heard that rumor in Minnesota too. Autocross, Kentucky or Tennessee or some
such, oval track. The weird thing is we dismissed it as stupidity because our
version of the rumor was that the car was a Porsche and the driver had somehow
managed to FALL OUT of the car and wound up being struck by his own car. As
Rocky says, I never saw any confirmation of place or driver name, so I don't
know if this oft-repeated story is correct, either.
