Autocrossing in Englishtown, NJ

Hey guys!
I was wondering when is the next time there'll be Autocross in Englishtown, NJ.
 I'm new to it & willing to get into it this summer.  As I understood, I can
sign up & go through the tech inspection right there on the spot (correct me if
I'm wrong).  
Appreciate any info.
