I will be attending my first SCCA autox tomorrow @ Mather.
I've been to a few other autocrosses with PCA, and attended
a DE @ Thunderhill last weekend, so the *driving* aspect
isn't new. However, the rituals and protocols for SCCA
events *are* new to me, and I'd like to avoid making an
ass of myself. From what I'm told, SCCA events are run
quite differently than PCA events. Any pointers would be
helpful!
FWIW, I'm running a '77 911 targa widebody, 2.7L, V700 tires
everyththing else is pretty much stock 'cept the exhaust.
>From what I've been able to discern, I'm in ASP, and the
ASP group runs in the afternoon, so I have to be signed up
no later than 11:30am
Thanks!
Thom
