The whereabouts of Doug Gill?

Does anybody know where Doug Gill is?  He was doing some work for me and I 
have not heard back from him in quite some time.  I have emailed him, called 
his home and even sent certified letters but I have gotten no response.  Can 
somebody enlighten me to where he might be?  My race season is vanishing as 
we speak.
