Perhaps someone can explain the motivation for the following;
20) Street Touring: per the STAC, add as new Section 17.3.C:
"Section 13.3.F is not applicable to the Street Touring rules."

13.3.F says;
F. Each tire model must be sold in at least four diameters, with a
total of at least six sizes.

Does this make sense to anyone else? It seems to me that it just got
easier for a tire company to fulfill Roger Johnson's predictions of STS
ringer tires.
I must be missing something.
