Tire Pressure - Alignment setting for 00 Mustang GT

Can anyone make suggestions for my 00 Mustang GT running FS.  The car is a
daily driver occasional autoxer.

I will be installing a set of Bilsteins.  Any recommendations for setting
the toe, camber, caster after I install the front struts.
I will be eventually installing a bigger front sway bar.

I'm also looking for starting tire pressures for 245/45/16 Kumho V700.  I
used to run 48 front, 38 rear on my FWD GTI VR6, not to sure where I should
start with RWD.
