Sorry, have to disagree with you on this one Richard. Didn't seem to be
anymore than a quick, concise statement of an upcoming event that is very
beneficial to our sport and is way more than just a practice. Considering
some of the rambling threads that only apply to a few people we see here,
Jean's stuff is nothing. Doesn't matter if there is profit involved. We
make a profit at local events and I'm sure most of the other regional events
posted here make a profit. True, our profit is put back into the sport in
equipment, etc., but I see nothing wrong with their events paying their
salaries, etc. Not like they are supporting some big corporation with
shareholders. Just IMHO.
