I thought the same thing myself, it must be a rally driver looking for a dirt 
road. It might be my imagination but it looks like he is asking the car to 
oversteer just by the way he jerks the wheel at corner entry.

And I agree he has much skill to keep in on the track with those huge power 
slides.
