Overall speed is not always a factor in upsetting a car, Larry. 
Usually, it happens because of the amount of speed carried through a
transition or what the car was doing prior to that transition -
coupled with suspension and tires - not to mention the "pucker power"
of the driver.  It's entirely possible to roll a car at 30 mph or
less!!

One thing IS for certain.  That Saturn DID go up on two wheels at
Nationals and hundreds of people saw it happen.  And it got a serious
OUCH when it came slamming back down!  8<{)
