Paul, Welded cages have been allowed in IT for at least 8, maybe ten years. Part of Jay's injuries were also caused because the cage folded back along the "A" pillar part of the braces. At the time, SS did allow for any other reinforcements, in addition to bolt-in only cages. Mike D. |
