Don't need to include Howard on a letter to the SEB. What's he got to
do with it?
The SEB's email address is listed quite clearly on the SCCA web site as
seb@scca.org. Still not a bad idea to send paper too, and you can
certainly call your SEB representative to be sure it arrived. Contact
information for your SEB rep can be found right in your rulebook.
