That's the problem.  They have money, WE don't.  I don't know haw many of us
could swing the price tag on living there.  Maybe rent out a garden shed or
something.

Why not combine with an airstrip community?  Normally used as an airstrip,
the autocrossers get to use it on the weekends.  Those people with planes
have some money... :)
