That cleared it up perfectly. The example that you've provided from
Revolution clearly shows that positive offset actually means moving
the mounting surface out from the center of the rim, which then means
moving the tire closer to the car. That's just the opposite of what I
was thinking.
Guess it's time for some of us Old Fartz to learn the political
