So, the way I read the rules it ain't even legal for DM or EM. That
means
it should get bumped to AM.
The car is legal for E mod or Dmod depending on the engine. The chassis
work you quoted above simply requires them to pay a 15% weight penalty
and in either class they already weigh 15% over the minimum weight. They
run as Cobras if they look substantially like a Cobra. Run them in E
mod if over 2 liters.
