And while I am against entry caps, and qualification, etc.
Whitworth's concept of EnterEarly is pretty 'absurd' in
itself. It is not a fix at all.
Entries this year will not bump up against the cap, imo.
People DID sent in entries earlier. Buying Dave's concept
means entering in August this year, July next, then June the following
year.
Carried to the extreme, we all will send in entries in January
each year, and then modify/change/withdraw in late August.
This (EnterEarly) doesn't solve anything.
