I never mentioned tires, did I? Tires stay as is.
I personally would favor a Street Tire class, but I can only duck so many
wrenches at once...... :-)

Everyone will have a favorite "off limits" area - only fair way to do it would
be to make it "Stock". Each and every allowance would (and has) create
inequities. Best let the manufacturers create them.
