I too have had trouble with Hoosier's "customer
service".
I bought a set of slicks that were useless for the
application, got zero use from them.
Complained to my dealer, he referred me to the
distributor. Distributor said I bought the wrong
stuff. Too bad. Shoulda read the catalog better. What
catalog? There ain't no stinking catalogs! Too bad
anyway.
Went to the SEMA show and complained. Was shown the
"catalog". Sales brochure or ad more likely. There was
zero information relevant to the weight/use problem I
had. Complained to the big dogs [upped the game I
guess, but hey, they were right there!] and received a
sneer that I bought the wrong stuff and please go
away, NOW.
I did and have been happy with the Goodyear product.
But a lawsuit? No way. Grow up and move on.
