Hey, Alex, tire manufacturers have been selling blems under a "no
warranty" umbrella since your dad was a kid. That is a common practice,
and a way to offer a somewhat useable product to the bottom of the market
at a discounted price. For that matter, Every manufacturer out there
(with the possible exceptions of Rolex, Rolls Royce, Evan Piccone...)
sells their "seconds" to various "outlet" organizations. Get over it,
and next time buy the first line product if you want to be happy with the
investment.
