Congrats to SCAC

I'm sure there will need to be some tweaking in the various proposed
classes, but overall,  I commend the SCAC for an excellent and apparently
well thought out proposal.

I believe it will accomplish all of it's primary goals.

(disclosure statement): The fact that I have two autocross cars that both
benefit from it either directly (more competitive)  or indirectly (class
stability) has nothing <g> to do with my comments.
