It is, however, a mute point. There are no aftermarktet (underdrive)
pulley's made that conform to the latest ruling: pulleys must be made out
of
the same materia as stock.

Actually, the latest Fast Track (may or june issue) update was that
alternate materials (like aluminum) are allowed by SP and ST rules.
