4. Make it a rule that the course must safely allow a new car on course
every 20 seconds.

Hey now, be kind to us fat course workers who have to shag the cones. 30
second spacing at a minimum.
5. Make the courses wide and relatively low on key cones to lessen the
likelyhood of cone bashing. High speed offsets are the worst offenders
here.

Anytime that folks are _really_ driving for a trophy (or money) there's
gonna be lots of cones hit. Remember, if you ain't getting close enough to
hit some cones you ain't going fast enough.
