Isn't this what they did with the Supras like three or
four years ago?  I can remember when I was working at
the Toyota dealership in '97, a lot of Supra owners
were really pissed that the new cars coming out then
were so much cheaper, because it killed the resale
value of their earlier cars.

I know it doesn't happen often, but it can.
