Brian, I don't have any job leads for you, but I can offer some advice on
buying a car.  Since you'll be starting out in a new career, you'll probably
want to get a used car.  I suggest talking to Byron Short - he usually has
a good selection of barely used autocross cars for sale and he has had
that Miata for a year now... ;-)
