If you readd the various literature attached to the website it tells you that 
there are two modes of driver skill level programmed into the system; expert 
and non-expert.  The non-expert mode is similar to what some systems have as 
a valet-mode; lower engine output, etc.  In the expert mode you get max power 
and braking/cornering  capabilities.
