C4 Cage Installation in California?

Who could install a four-point cage in a C4 Corvette in California?
Prefereably northern, but I'll take it south if I have to, to have the job
done right, and at a price I can afford.

I bought one of those AS&M harness bars, and while trying to install it
tonight, I concluded that it's a really poor design, so I intend to return
it and just get a real cage, so I can hook up some harnesses.
