Here in VA, Speedvision is free with basic cable thru
MediaOne. My last apartment had basic cable for free
so technically I got Speedvision for absolutely nothing.
Guess I'm one of the extra-lucky ones in the lucky 7%!

Uhhmmm....TCI (now AT&T) offers SpeedVision on digital cable in my world.
Don't know if it matters that I'm in Des Moines Iowa....
