I really think this is a unjustified point. The entry fee is relative
to prices in Japan. Now a break down of where the money is spent and
distributed would be more relative. Why don't you ask your co-worker
how much a golf membership is in Japan?
It is all a lack of land issue in Japan, where US is not that destitute
with surface area.
As far as paid cone chasers, it would cost to much to pay people here.
There are cultural differences within and outside of organizations which
I am sure this cone chasing would tie into.
