Maybe all black people are thieves. Maybe all Harley riders are scum.
Maybe all teenagers are delinquents.
The fact of the matter is that there are plenty of folks in the riceboy
crowd that are perfectly fine people. I think thieves are scum and
certainly the folks you mention in the incidents above don't sound very
cool either, but that doesn't give you licence to condemn everyone with a
turbo-ed civic. Don't dismiss everyone because of 5% of the people.
Stupid or hatefull people know no boundaries. They exist in any group
you'd care to name. Unless the group actively supports the negative
behavior, you can't condemn everyone in the group.
Now lets all join hands... :-)

(Sorry about the strong response. Being a motorcycle racer made me pretty
sensitive to group labeling. You wouldn't believe how many people think
all motorcycle riders are thieves or scum or untrustworthy. Or how many
doctors dismiss you out of hand because you got hurt racing. Or...)
