Marshalltown event TIME UPDATE

The Autocross at Marshalltown IA this Sunday will begin at 10:00 AM,,,, not 
the previously mentioned 11:00 AM,,, registration is moved up to 8:30 AM

The event chair says that if it rains hard, the event may be cancelled, for 
safety reasons. "Tell them its up to them to decide whether to come or not if 
it rains"
