A Stock National Series - Pro Finale

Somebody wrote that A Stock National Series need another driver in order to 
make a 5 car class.  I have someone willing to run the class in my car, but 
needs to have a National Series license to run the Finale.  Are the other A 
Stock drivers willing to pick up the cost of the license in order to have a 
full class?
