It appears that last year's BFG Talent Show in Topeka has had a
chilling effect on entries for 1999.
The 1998 show had some absolutely incredible talent & humor, and I
think that many of you have been intimidated by the assumed competition.
However, at this point, I have but one entry for this year, assuring
that person all of the tires & other prizes.
Timing is everything. For instance, even Phil Ethier's "Pylon Dance"
could win, given what I have so far for 1999. . . . . . .
All it takes to win is the courage to stand up in front of your peers
with a song, dance or skit. Perhaps a comedy monologue or a trumpet
solo, a costume or a game. Let your creativity and hidden talents
assure that you return from Topeka a winner!
