adjustable swaybars

Having both ends adjustable allows you to increase or decrease overall (both 
ends, total) roll stiffness which you can't do with only one end being 
adjustable.

This could be helpful changing from very bumpy or very slippery surfaces to 
very smooth or grippy surfaces.
