Try www.miata.net they have a classified section just for wheels, I saw a
few people that had 15x6 99' Miata wheels for sale.

After lots of research and groveling I still haven't found a relatively
cheap wheel for my 97 GSR.
It needs to be 15X6, 4X100 pattern, offset 45-39mm. Stock offset is 45mm
for 94-99 GSR wheels.
I don't care about style or cosmetic condition, only size and cost.
I found a Dodge wheel off the fwd charger that was 38mm, and thats the
closest I've gotten. I also hear that I could use early 90s VW diesel, late
eighties Nissan NX, or 99 Miata Sport.
I called the 800 number (was it 1800 used rim?) with no luck, and none of
the local yards have anything either. All of the GSR rims have been bought
up by the street touring civic crowd. One guy asked for 750/set for 97 GSR
rims w/o tires!
Any leads appreciated.
