NorPac Divisional Entry Form Error

Don't I feel silly. I found a typo in the NorPac Divisional form I have made
available on the Net at ( http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Boulevard/8947/
). If you have not sent it in please use this corrected version. I put the
wrong zip code for the registration to be mailed to. Thanks for all the
responses requesting information. The snail mail packets should be going out
this weekend.
