Tool boxes and tire racks

My co-driver and I are going to be joining the ranks of those who trailer the 
car to the event.  The trailer has arrived, and now we need to figure out 
sources for tool boxes and tire racks to go on the front of the trailer.  

What's the best source for those boxes that usually go in the front of a 
pickup bed?

Do you have to have someone build a tire rack or are they commercially 
available?
