Fuel Additives & mystery liquids...does any of it work?

I was in my local parts store today, and I was looking at the fuel additives, 
injector cleaners, and miscellaneous mystery liquids that all claim to be 
more effective than Viagra and Rogain, while curing the common cold and 
increasing power.

Does anyone have an actual data on any of this stuff?
