I've been using the same size tires (195*55*14) on my MGB for a couple years
now. I find with THAT car, which is similar in size to yours, that I start out
with about 29 in the front and 28 in the rear and play with them a bit depending
on surface, temp, etc. Usually, I wind up with something like 29 up front and
26 or 27 in the rear. The tires (or the car, or ME???) are very sensitive to
tire pressure changes, and I find it best to alter the pressure one pound at a
time, as opposed to the 3 lb jumps I hear other guys talk about.
