It may contribute some, but don't forget that by running on the stickies
you are transferring more weight from the inside than you could with
street tires.  More wieght transfer means easier spin on the inside.  I
personally feel that the benefits of the camber to your contact patch
under load far outwieghs any downside on the light side of the car. 
Wheelspin is something most folks need to learn to deal with.  Mostly
with driving though, not so much in set up.  IMO
