I always just bring a can of brake cleaner. A quick gargle and a spritz
on the face, hands and arms keeps me sparkly clean for my fashionable,
(but slow) autoX runs. ;)

PS. Standard Disclaimer applies, keep in mind that brake cleaner is what
caused a considerable patch of my skin to dissolve off my finger tips.
