The early cars could run 5-6" of backspace (most of the wheel suppliers you
will talk to will deal with backspace, not offset numbers) - you should be
able to land somewhere there.
You will want to talk to Keizer, duralight, MRT etc. Any reason you don't
want to go to a 13x8 or 13x9? that is really the hot setup for the
available tires right now - unless you will be moving to prepared ;)
