I bought a used set for my Miata. For my car I run 32 - 35 #'s.  I also
am finding that the tires aren't finding there grip until about the 3rd
run :-(

Don't worry about the Rotational arrows mine are all one way too. 
Actually it would be impossible to use the rotational arrows.  Do make
sure that the inside/outside markings are correct.  I was dismayed when
I got to my tire shop only to find out that all four had been mounted
inside out!
