Aftermarket electric fans

Hey everyone,

I'm having to replace my electric cooling fan, and was
wondering if anyone has experience with aftermarket fans,
since the dealership is not really an option due to price.

The Perma-Cool has the edge on price, cfm, and amperage.
What's the catch?   Are they screaming banshees?

Please reply directly.   I need to order something today.
