Not unique to Texas -- Moore County, Tennessee (Metropolitan Lynchburg --
I'm not kidding!) is dry, which means that they can *make* Jack Daniels
there, but they can't *buy* it. Of course, there are multiple places just
yards across the county line which solve that problem.
