There is a guy from Canada that runs a Griffith locally in ASP and Greg has
worked on it a few times. The car looks like a hoot to drive but the short
wheelbase and fairly crude suspension seems to limit it somewhat.

All the recent traffic about ASP reminded me of a
question I had a while ago:  When is the last time
someone ran a TVR Tuscan V8 or Griffith in ASP?  Why
the relative absence...are they just too rare?  It
seems like a 1750 lb. car with a 289 hi-po Ford would
be just the thing for autocrossing...
'Course the last time I saw a Griffith for sale the
owner was asking $26K.  Maybe that's why.
