First thing you need to know is pads fade, not rotors. Second thing is
that ANY rotor in a stock size was never meant to be drilled or slotted.
Not designed for it = problems with warping and cracking. Although slots
are much better than drilling.

Replacement rotors (Brembo) are not expensive at all as far as a rotor
goes.
