Well, my interpretation was that you may never get them fully adjusted
to your liking or the situation.

But then of course I also interpret the Constitution exactly as it is
written, unlike most of the gubment officials in office whom _I_ didn't
vote for nor consider to be _my_ representatives.  Including a certain
DC area President.

Thank God for two-term limits!!!!
