  The US Mint is dedicating the rear of the 25 cent piece to a different
state each year, for 50 years.
  The first 13 years will be covered in the order that states ratified
the Constitution hence Delaware first); thereafter in the order in which
states entered the Union (the first time for those who tried to defect
in order to form a more perfect Confederacy).
  So look for Hawaii in the year 2049.
