Rule 14.2 specificaly permits pedal covers to be used in Street Prepared class but I see no mention of modifications to the shift lever, except possibly 14.10 (M). No mention of these items is included in the Stock rules. However, rule 13.2 allows modifications to "accessories...and other appearance, comfort and convenience" items. Is this broad enough to permit pedal covers in the Stock class or does the "except as authorized" language act to prohibit them since they are not specifically permitted? What about changing the shift lever to a "short shift" mechanism? Thanx for your imput. Craig Daugherty Tyler, TX '90 Nissan 300ZX NA |
