Hi..
I don't have the '99 rule book yet ,but in the '98 book.
Sect. 14.8 D
On vehicles with strut -type supension, adjustable camber plate
may be
installed at the to of the strut, and the orginal upper mounting holes may be
slotted.
This would be a good place to start
