I was not thinking of the advantages, but keeping the car easier and
cheaper to maintain.. for example how any folks running
Cm class do you think really do not have oversize pistons??? I know when
i got my car i did not know that it had 30 over pistons. I got a
surprise and had to have my motor rebuilt( new block) when i started
club racing. ..again with the fly wheels, how many are legal, if your
flywheel car is down to the minimum, and you have it resurface, you are
most likely not legal.. I was just thinking about getting a little more
life from the motor.. as for the electronic ignition. At one time i ran
a Pertronic system in my FF, not legal, but it was simple, cheap and
work well in the rain, and never had to adjust it.. it just made life
better . TG
